Mentoring from current and former players and professional mental health support for anyone struggling mentally with the transition after leaving a club or academy.

What We Offer
- Confidential and fast response support for players of all age groups and levels of sport. This is provided by Sport Psychologists in training, Mental Health Professionals, current and former professional players and coaches who support the team as ambassadors and mentors.
- Supporting individuals to develop coping tools and resources to increase their psychological strength and resilience in order to manage life stress off the pitch and boost performance on it.
- Providing bespoke psychological wellbeing packs for your organisation.
- Education sessions regarding ways to manage your psychological wellbeing.
Current Players – Offering Sport Psychology input and mentoring from current and former professionals to improve your performance on the pitch and manage off field challenges. Support from Mental Health Professionals if you are struggling with your mental health.
How will people benefit from our service?
Preventing longer term mental health difficulties for both staff and players due to early intervention. Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year.
There were 6507 suicides in 2018, 18 people every day. Men are three times as likely to die by suicide than women. In 2018 the rate of deaths amongst under 25s increased by 23.7%. In Scotland there was a rise of suicide rates in age group 15-24 of 52.7%.
Whilst it is difficult to measure what we prevent we feel passionately that this service can help people to manage their mental health in high pressure environments and beyond.
